Terms & Conditions of Enrolment

Fees

The fees payable as shown on your invoice are all-inclusive for the course that you have enrolled on. If you incur any other charges during your stay with us you will be given a monthly invoice. Any other charges could be for extra activities that you may participate in (if not enrolled on the activities programme), examination fees if you sit an IELTS or TOEIC examination, etc.

Homestay & Other Accommodation

Your homestay weekly payment includes 3 meals per day, 7 days a week, a study area plus your own bedroom. Students who want to extend their accommodation should apply through the language school office. One week's notice should be given if a student wants to leave their homestay.

We are happy to assist you finding alternative accommodation - rental house / backpackers etc. The accommodation placement fee still applies. Furnished rental property payments generally do not include utilities (power, phone ...etc). The price for a rental is generally between $100 - $150 a room/per week. This will mean that a 3 bedroom house will cost about $300 per week.

If you wish to change your homestay / apartment / house please discuss it with your student counsellor. There may be extra charges payable depending on the reasons for change.

If you want to go on holiday and return to the same homestay a $50.00 week holding fee should be paid to the school to hold your homestay and so you can store your gear there.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to an increase in operator and/or any other charges.
